WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

ONINDER products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the products' respective user manuals. Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

10-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Available to customers who have purchased products from www.oninder.com and whose products develop defects outside the one-year warranty period. They will be eligible for a 55% discount at www.oninder.com when purchasing a new device. This offer can only be used once and applies to a maximum of three items at a time. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Oninder reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, as well as to change or update the terms at any time without prior notice.

WHAT WILL ONINDER DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM?

At Oninder, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Oninder during the Warranty Period, Oninder will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. Oninder will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED?

  • Product serial number (located on the outside of the box)
  • Proof of purchase including order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
  • Description of the defect.
  • Proof of the defect in the form of a photo or video.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used in a manner other than its intended use (as outlined in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damage caused by abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs.
