You do not like? Have you changed your mind?

The period for exchanges and returns is 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In order to exchange or return any purchase made in one of our stores, it is essential to present the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format and as long as the item has not been manipulated or opened under any circumstances.
  • The payment will be made in a redeemable voucher without expiration for future purchases. Remember that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country/region and in the same store where the items were purchased.
  • Special conditions for exchanges and returns of some items:
    • Underwear / Lingerie: underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned, except undershirts from the Men's section that retain the original packaging.
    • Erotic Toys with and without vibration: only those items that are sealed and wrapped in their original plastic can be returned.
    • Cosmetics: only those that have completely laminated packaging and their original conditions should be returned.
  • Under no circumstances will the return of items without their original plastic or hygiene seal be accepted, regardless of the place where they were unsealed, whether in the store at the customer's request or outside the premises.
  • To comply with the Guarantee, it is necessary to keep the original packaging during the current period that the product is under WARRANTY, otherwise the brands will not accept the product. Non-vibrating or battery-powered sex toys have no warranty.

Does it have any defects?

We offer a 3 YEAR warranty to ensure that your item continues to work during that time. It is not usual, but if your product has a problem when you receive it, we will take care of all the costs so that you have a perfectly working product as soon as possible.
