Accepted bank cards are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The purchase price will be debited from the customer's bank account within 1 day from the day of the order and will be considered effective after confirmation of your agreement from the bank payment centers.

If you select the cash on delivery payment method, an additional €3 cost must be added. The customer must pay the cost of their order, along with these additional €3, to the carrier in order to receive the delivery.

V. Security

Oninder.es is based on the leading e-commerce platform Shopify (http://es.shopify.com/). Shopify guarantees payment security by being PCI Compliant Level 1 .

All of our payment gateways – Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards), PayPal , Bizum, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay – as well as Shopify , are PCI Compliant Level 1.

This means that the bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the payment gateway servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

SAW. Shipping and Delivery of the Purchase

Shipments are made within the EU . The User will be able to check if their postal address is within the shipping or delivery areas of Oninder.es, when including their data (shipping address) in the purchase form.

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will leave, whose final destination will be the address established by the buyer. Oninder.es will ask its customers to choose the delivery location, and must specify their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered, where they will receive it within a period that will depend on the availability of the product, as well as the Transport Agency.

VII. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 365 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 365 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method. ordinary that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain goods

In accordance with current legal regulations, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

VIII. Warranty

Guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. If any item does not work correctly or has a defect, it may be exchanged for another equal or equivalent item.

The warranty period for the products will be 3 years from the date of delivery*. Some brands have a direct guarantee on their products, in which case the customer will be provided with the means of contact to be able to exercise that guarantee within the deadlines offered.

All products must be returned with their accessories if they have them (charger, cable, mouthpieces, remote...) in order to apply the warranty.

*Products purchased before January 1, 2022 have a 2-year warranty from their delivery date.

Return costs under warranty will be free for the user. This free shipping will include shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included in the warranty. Users are not authorized to copy, distribute (including emails and Internet), transmit, communicate, modify, alter, transform, assign or, in any other way, carry out activities that involve the commercial use of Intellectual Property rights and/or Industrial, whether partial or total, without the express consent, granted in writing, of the legitimate owner of the exploitation rights.

XII. Modification of the general conditions of sale
