The period for exchanges and returns is 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To process an exchange or return in one of our stores, it is essential to present the receipt (paper or electronic) and that the item has not been tampered with or opened under any circumstances.

  • The refund will be issued in the form of a non-expiring voucher, valid for future purchases.
  • Exchanges and returns must be made in the same store and country where the product was purchased.
  • Special conditions for some items:
    • Underwear/Lingerie: Returns are not accepted, except for unopened undershirts from the Men's section.
    • Sex toys: They can only be returned if they are fully sealed and wrapped in their original plastic.
    • Cosmetics: Accepted only if sealed and in original condition.
  • Returns of products without their original plastic packaging or hygiene seal are not accepted, regardless of whether they were picked up in-store or off-site.
  • To apply the warranty, it is mandatory to keep the original packaging during the coverage period.
  • Non-vibrating or battery-operated sex toys do not come with a warranty.
