What does this warranty cover?

Oninder products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, provided they are used according to the owner's manual. To make a valid claim, you must provide reasonable proof of purchase.

Extended quality guarantee: 10 years

If your product fails outside the 1-year period and was purchased at www.oninder.com , you can access a 55% discount on the purchase of a new device.

This offer:

  • It can only be used once.
  • It is valid for a maximum of 3 items per order.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions (unless otherwise stated).

Oninder reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

What will Oninder do if there is a valid claim?

In the event of a defect within the warranty period, Oninder will replace the product at no additional cost and will cover the cost of shipping a new device.

What do you need to make a claim?

  • Serial number (on the product box).
  • Proof of purchase (order number, date, store or website).
  • Description of the defect.
  • Photos or videos that prove the defect.

What does this warranty not cover?

Defects caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, lack of maintenance, commercial use, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
