We really want you to read our policies and understand our privacy practices!
Our commitment to security. We have dedicated teams to keeping your data safe and secure. We constantly update our security practices and invest in the measures we take to improve the security of your information.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
It goes without saying that we can't help you develop meaningful connections without first obtaining certain information about you, such as basic profile information and the types of people you'd like to meet. We also collect information about your use of our services, such as access logs, as well as information from third parties, such as when you access our services through your social media account or when you upload information from your social media account to complete your profile. If you'd like more information, we explain this in more detail below.
Information you provide us
You choose to give us certain information when you use our services. This includes:
When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login credentials or phone number, as well as some basic information necessary for the service to function, such as your gender and date of birth. When you complete your profile, you can share additional information with us, such as details about your personality, lifestyle, interests, and other details about yourself, as well as content in the form of photos and videos. To add certain content, such as images or videos, you can allow us to access your camera roll or photo album.
If you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly with our platforms (as opposed to through a platform like iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with certain information, such as your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
When you participate in surveys, focus groups, or market research, you provide us with your feedback on our products and services, your answers to our questions, and testimonials.
When you choose to participate in our promotions, events, or contests, we collect the information you use to register or participate.
If you contact our customer service team, we will collect the information you provide during the interaction.
If you share information about other people with us (for example, if you use a friend's contact information for a specific feature), we process this information on your behalf to complete your request.
Of course, we also process your chats with other users, as well as the content you post, as necessary for the operation of the Services.
In addition to the information you may provide to us directly, we receive information about you from third parties, including:
Users
Users may provide information about you as they use our services, for example, when they interact with you or if they submit a report that involves you.
Social networks
You may choose to share information with us through your social media account, for example, if you choose to upload information (e.g., photos) from one of your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to our services.
Affiliates
ONINDER is part of the International Dreamlove SL family of companies. User security is a priority for International Dreamlove. If you have been banned from another International Dreamlove service, we may share your information with each other so we can take appropriate action, such as terminating your account or preventing you from creating an account on our services.
Information generated when you use our services
When you use our services, technical data is generated about the features you've used, how you've used them, and the devices you use to access our services. You can find more details below:
Usage information
Your use of our Services generates data about your activity on our Services, such as how you use our Services (when you log in, the features you've used, the actions you take, the information you see, the referring web page address and ads you interacted with, etc.) and your interactions with other users (the users you connect and interact with, when you exchange information with them, the number of messages you send and receive, etc.).
Device information
We collect information from and about the devices you use to access our Services, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device identifier and type, application settings and characteristics, application crashes, advertising identifiers (which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by accessing your device settings), identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device or browser.
4. COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES
We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, SDKs) to recognize you and/or your device(s). You can read our Cookie Policy to learn more about why we use them and how you can better control their use.
Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) have a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that tells a website that a user does not want to have their online activity tracked. If a website that responds to a DNT signal receives a DNT signal, the browser can prevent that website from collecting certain information about the browser user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option, and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many companies, including ONINDER, do not currently respond to DNT signals.

The reason we process your information for purposes A and B above is to fulfill the contract you have with us. For example, as you use our service to create meaningful connections, we use your information to maintain your account and profile, make them visible to other users and recommend you to other users, and generally provide our free and paid features.
Legitimate interests
We process your information for purposes C, D, and E above, based on our legitimate interest. For example, we analyze user behavior on our services to continually improve our offerings, suggest offers we think might interest you and promote our own services, process information to help keep our users safe, and process data when necessary to enforce our rights, assist law enforcement, and allow us to defend ourselves in the event of a legal claim.

For example, we retain traffic data and transaction data in accordance with our accounting, tax, and other legal data retention obligations and to be able to respond to valid, legally enforceable access requests. We also retain data demonstrating the consents users give us and any choices they may have made to opt out of a particular feature or processing.

If you choose to provide us with information that may be considered "special" or "sensitive" in certain jurisdictions, such as your sexual orientation, you consent to our processing of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may occasionally request your consent to collect specific information, such as your precise geolocation, or to use your information for certain specific reasons. In some cases, you can withdraw your consent by adjusting your settings (for example, regarding the collection of precise geolocation) or by deleting your content (for example, when you have entered information in your profile that may be considered "special" or "sensitive"). In either case, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Since our goal is to help you make meaningful connections, the primary sharing of user information occurs, of course, with other users. We also share some user information with service providers and partners who help us deliver our services, with other International Dreamlove companies for the reasons specified below, and, in some cases, with legal authorities. Read on to learn more about how your information is shared with others.
With other users
You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the Service (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure you are comfortable with the content you share being visible. If someone submits a report involving you (for example, alleging that you have violated our Terms of Use), we may inform them of the actions we have taken, if any, as a result of their report.
With our service providers and partners
We use third parties to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including hosting and maintaining data, analytics, customer service, marketing, advertising, payment processing, and security operations. We also share information with distribution partners who help us advertise our services. For example, we may share limited information about you, in hashed, non-human-readable form, with advertising partners.
We follow a strict vetting process before hiring any service provider or working with any partner. Our service providers and partners must agree to strict confidentiality obligations.
With our affiliates
ONINDER is part of the International Dreamlove family of companies.
We share your information with affiliates for limited legitimate purposes, as set forth below:
- To make all platforms safer and to be able to address (e.g. ban) detected malicious users
- To assist us with data processing operations, as service providers, following our instructions and on our behalf. Their assistance may include technical processing operations, such as data hosting and maintenance, customer service, targeted marketing and advertising, analytics, financial and accounting assistance, improving our service, protecting our data and systems, and combating spam, abuse, fraud, infringement, and other irregularities.
- In order to improve your chances of making meaningful connections with others, we may make you visible on other International Dreamlove services or allow you to benefit from cross-platform features. We will, of course, comply with applicable laws and, where appropriate, inform you of any such opportunities and allow you to accept or decline them. Examples of such opportunities may include creating a new service within International Dreamlove, targeted at a specific demographic that we believe might interest you based on your profile.
- For other legitimate business purposes, including corporate auditing, analysis, and consolidated reporting, to the extent and at times permitted by applicable law.

With your consent or at your request, we may request your consent to share your information with third parties. In any case, we will make it clear why we want to share the information. We may use and share non-personal information (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you by itself, such as device information, general demographic data, general behavioral data, geolocation in de-identified form), as well as personal information, in encrypted and non-human-readable form, in any of the above circumstances.
We may also share this information with other International Dreamlove companies and third parties (especially advertisers) to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our Services and on third-party websites or apps, and to analyze and report on the advertising you see. We may combine this information with additional non-personal information or personal information in hashed, non-human-readable form that we have collected from other sources. You can find more information about our use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.
7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
The information sharing set out in Section 6 involves cross-border data transfers to the United States of America and other jurisdictions that may have different laws regarding data processing.
When we transfer personal information outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other countries whose data protection laws have been deemed adequate by the European Commission or other competent governmental body, we use standard contractual clauses (standard contractual clauses are commitments between companies that transfer personal data, committing them to protect the privacy and security of your data) or another appropriate transfer mechanism. We will continually review transfers to our suppliers and the legal basis behind them in light of the recent ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union on transfers of personal data to the United States.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
We want you to be in control of your information, so we want to remind you of the following options and tools available to you:
Access/Update tools in the service
Account tools and settings can help you access, correct, or delete information you've provided to us and that's associated with your account directly within the Service. If you have any questions about these tools and settings, you can contact our customer service team or email us at info@oninder.com. Device Permissions.
Mobile platforms may have permission systems for specific types of data and device notifications, such as phone contacts, images, location services, push notifications, and advertising identifiers. You can change the settings on your device to consent or object to the collection or processing of the relevant information or the display of the relevant notifications. Of course, if you do so, certain services may lose functionality.
Uninstall
You can stop all data collection by an app by uninstalling it using your device's standard uninstall process. Remember that uninstalling an app does NOT close your account. To close your account, use the appropriate feature in the service.
Account closure
You can close your account using the corresponding functionality directly in the service.
We also want you to know your privacy rights. Here are some key points to remember:
Check your information
Applicable privacy laws may give you the right to review the personal information we hold about you (depending on the jurisdiction, this may be called the right of access, right of portability, right to know, or some other variation of those terms). You can exercise this right by submitting such a request here.
Update your information
If you believe the information we have about you is inaccurate or you consider that we no longer have the right to use it and you wish to request rectification, deletion, objection, or restriction of its processing, please contact us by sending an email to info@oninder.com
To protect you and all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can respond to the above requests.
Please note that we may reject requests, including if we cannot authenticate you, if the request is illegal or invalid, or if it may infringe another's trade secrets, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. If you wish to receive information relating to another user, such as a copy of any messages you have received from them through our Service, the other user must contact us to provide written consent before the information is disclosed. We may also ask them to provide proof of identity before we can respond to the request.
Additionally, we may not be able to honor certain requests to object to or restrict the processing of personal information, especially when such requests would prevent us from providing our service to you. For example, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your date of birth and therefore cannot ensure that you are at least 18 years of age.
In certain countries, including those in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal information. You can find information about your data protection regulator in the European Economic Area at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en and in the United Kingdom at https://ico.org.uk/. The data protection authority you can lodge a complaint with may be the one where you normally reside, where you work, or where an alleged breach occurred.
9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes (as set forth in Section 5) and as permitted by applicable law. If you choose to stop using our services, you can close your account, and your profile will no longer be visible to other users. Please note that we will automatically close your account if you remain inactive for a period of two years. After your account is closed, we will delete your personal information as detailed below:
To protect the security of our users, we implement a three-month security retention window following account closure. During this period, we retain your information in case it's necessary to investigate illegal or harmful conduct. Retaining information during this security retention window is based on our legitimate interest, as well as that of potential third-party victims.
After the security retention period, we delete your data and retain only limited information for specific purposes, as detailed below:
We retain limited data to comply with legal data retention obligations: specifically, we retain transaction data for 10 years to comply with legal tax and accounting requirements. We may also need to retain "traffic data" or logs for one year to comply with legal data retention obligations. We also retain records of user consent for five years to demonstrate our compliance with applicable laws.
We retain limited information based on our legitimate interest: We retain customer service records and backup data, including imprecise download/purchase location data for five years to support our customer service decisions, enforce our rights, and enable us to defend ourselves in the event of a claim; profile data for one year in anticipation of potential litigation, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; and data necessary to prevent banned users or individuals we discover to be under 18 years of age from opening a new account, ensuring the safety and vital interests of our users.
Finally, we retain information based on our legitimate interest when there is a pending or potential issue, claim, or dispute that requires us to retain the information (specifically, if we receive a valid legal subpoena or request asking us to preserve the data (in which case we would need to retain the data to comply with our legal obligations) or if the data is required as part of a legal proceeding).
10. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are restricted to individuals over the age of 18. We do not allow access to our platform to anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect a user is under 18, please use the reporting mechanism available within the service.
11. CANDIDATES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIER REPRESENTATIVES
We also process the personal information of our job candidates, contractors, and vendor representatives as part of our recruitment and talent management operations and our management of the services that contractors and vendors provide to us. If you are an ONINDER job candidate, contractor, or vendor representative, certain relevant terms of this Privacy Policy apply to our processing of your personal information, including the sections of this Privacy Policy that address the entity responsible for processing your personal information, transfers of personal information, rights you may have under applicable law, and how to contact us.
If you are applying for a job, the personal information we process about you may vary depending on the job you are applying for, but generally includes the information you provide to us as part of your application, as well as professional qualifications, experience, and reference information that recruiters or other third parties share with us. We use this information to support the recruitment process, which may lead to an employment contract.
For contractors and supplier representatives, we may process identification and work-related information as necessary to manage our relationship with you and your employer, which is necessary for the performance of the services agreement, and to establish, exercise, or defend potential legal claims.
We may share personal information with service providers who assist us with recruitment and technical data processing, as well as with Match Group companies (for example, if you have a business relationship with employees of a subsidiary). We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for these purposes.
12. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
Because we're always looking for new and innovative ways to help you make meaningful connections and strive to ensure our data practices remain up-to-date, this policy may change over time. We'll notify you before any major changes take effect so you have time to review them.
