General terms and conditions of sale

This document contains the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of this website and the contract that binds you and Industrial Novelties Hispania, SL (hereinafter "Oninder.es") in relation to the products and services offered through www.oninder.es. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site or placing an order. If you do not agree, do not place an order. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time; please review them before each purchase.

I. Ordering methods, prices and product information

• Orders through www.oninder.es (registration optional).
• Registered users receive special offers and accumulate points.
• By clicking "Checkout" or "Buy," you agree to these Terms.
• Oninder.es confirms orders by email.
• Contract information is presented in Spanish and confirmed upon delivery.

Prices and product information

• Prices include taxes, but not shipping costs.
• No minimum purchase amount.
• Oninder.es may change prices; fees apply when placing an order.
• The customer declares that he or she knows and accepts the information for each product published in his or her file.

II. Availability

Oninder.es will attempt to fulfill all requests. If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, the customer will be notified by email and the order will be canceled. Refunds may vary depending on the card type and bank (see "Shipping and Delivery" section).

III. User Obligation

The User agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law, using the site in good faith. Posting or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others is prohibited. Oninder.es may exclude Users who violate these rules without prior notice.

The User will safeguard his or her password and will not share it with third parties, assuming responsibility for any misuse.

IV. Payment

• Prices in euros, including taxes; shipping costs detailed at checkout.
• Methods: card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna.
• Method availability subject to Oninder.es, may vary by country or time.
• By paying, you agree to the terms and policies of our providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Payment charged within 1 day and confirmed after bank verification.
• Cash on delivery: +3 € additional, paid to the carrier.
• In the event of a card denial, the order will be canceled and you will be notified online.
• Paper or electronic invoice upon request by email to info@oninder.es .

V. Security

Oninder.es uses Shopify (PCI Level 1) and PCI Level 1 gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Bank details are encrypted via 256-bit SSL and are only accessible by Shopify/gateways.

VI. Shipping and Delivery of the Purchase

• Shipping within the EU; the customer enters their address on the form.
• The departure from the warehouse is notified by mail.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery Mon-Fri 8am-8pm (supplements may apply for specific times).
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available; the recipient must inspect and claim it on-site.
• Complaints via email on the Oninder.es website.

VII. Right of withdrawal

Right to withdraw within 365 calendar days from receipt of the goods without justification. Notify us via the contact form before the deadline expires.

In the event of withdrawal, payments and shipping costs (excluding additional costs for other methods) will be refunded within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.

The customer must return the goods within 14 calendar days to the address provided; the cost will be their own, or a return label for €4.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions: perishable products, unsealed items for hygiene reasons (lingerie, sex toys, etc.), sealed physical contents (CDs, DVDs, guides, books).

VIII. Guarantee

Guarantees according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007). Contact info@oninder.es before returning. General warranty period is 3 years (2 years for purchases made before January 1, 2022). Free return shipping. Does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Report any non-conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

IX. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Content, trademarks, and software are the property of Oninder.es or its licensors. Use is limited to what is expressly authorized. Modification or commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited. Access is for personal use.

X. Liability, Litigation and Applicable Law

The customer declares that they are of legal age, have valid means of payment, and understand the product's characteristics. Oninder.es is not responsible for force majeure, strikes, floods, etc. For disputes, please contact the courts of the user's domicile or amicable settlement. XI. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party platforms; Oninder.es assumes no responsibility for their content or quality.

XII. Modification of the general conditions of sale

Oninder.es may modify these Terms without notice. Changes are accepted upon further purchase. Users who disagree should stop using the service.
